1. No Automatic Refunds
Due to the custom nature of website creation, we do not offer automatic refunds once work has begun or been delivered.

2. Deposit Policy
Most projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers initial planning, research, and design time.

3. Refund Eligibility
In rare cases where no work has been started and the client decides to cancel immediately after payment, a partial refund may be considered—minus any administrative or consultation costs.

4. Project Cancellation
If a client cancels the project after work has begun, no refund will be issued. However, we may offer to transfer the unused portion of work to a future project at our discretion.

5. Quality Assurance
We are committed to delivering high-quality websites and provide revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. Please share feedback during the revision stages to ensure your satisfaction.
